Arena Gliwice among the most modern European facilities

The European Arenas Association (EAA) has been operating since 1991. It brings together state-of-the-art European arenas that serve as venues for major artistic, sports and entertainment events. Only one facility in Poland was accepted in the Association so far - Tauron Arena Kraków.

Membership in the EAA is a notable proof of good management. The organisation is engaged in debates and decisions related to the current trends observable in the functioning of modern arenas around the world. At the moment the focus is on introducing environment-friendly solutions, top safety standards or resuming major events after the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Shared procedures, standards and best practices are implemented by the members of the Association, which means international stars can rest assured that their performance is safe and secure on all levels.

Among the facilities that belong to the EAA we could mention The O2 in London, Mercedes Benz Arena in Berlin or Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. Arena Gliwice together with a British giant, Manchester Arena, have now joined the renowned group of facilities.
